To this community I have come to know in the past two years. Helping me to redefine my perception of body image not only for myself, but how I perceive others.

I recall with resounding clarity hearing these words pass my own lips,”Just because they make it in her size, doesn’t mean she should wear it.” All I was doing was fueling hate through the body shaming establishment.

I have become unsettled with the person I once was and vow to see each being as he/she wishes to be seen. Everyone has a right to express there self as they wish(provided no harm comes to others in the process) in what ever form they choose.

Body acceptance. Body love. Individual expression.

I am sorry for my thoughts, glares, words and actions if they ever made you feel less than you are. You are so much more than that and I love you.
