Break times make me happy since that’s when I can eat something
And unplug from the PC. 15 minutes of me time :)
Breakfast: muesli, with almond milk and cinnamon
Break 1: 1/2 tomato soup with slice of homemade wheat bread and slice of sharp cheddar cheese
Lunch: Baby carrots
Break 2: 1/2 tomato soup with slice of homemade wheat bread and slice of sharp cheddar cheese
Ride home snack: honey crisp apple
Dinner: red bell pepper and banana from packed lunch
Does anyone think I’m undereating? I don’t think I am since I’m not hungry.
