I’m so frustrated right now
I was in the middle of 30DS L3 D5 and I pulled a back muscle doing to the Superman move. I am NOT happy about this.
I couldn’t finish or do any abs moves. Now I have to breathe shallow and stretch to work it out.
ARGH!!!!
Look, I don’t do a lot exercise so I like to get the most with the time I have.
This day seems to be headed down a dark path and I need to do what I can to steer the other direction.

Oh, bummer! Gently stretch the back out with forward bends and twists. And do some alternating heat and ice compresses for the affected area.
