As I came to bed, he was doing that slow shallow breathing. Then his body caught up and he started a subtle snore.
I got to thinking about too many what ifs and a possible life where he wasn’t in it. I didn’t like it. I didn’t like it at all. I was in tears.
Back story: My husband hasn’t been to a doctor in over 7 years. That was a physical for a job. He is current heavy set and carries most of it in his mid-section. He doesn’t eat poorly, but he does little physical activity as well.
For the most part, yes, he is healthy. However, I would feel better if he would do that annual check up thing and speak with an individual who knows a little bit about the human body and what can benefit him.
I’ve been doing my best trying to lead by example, but I have the feeling he needs to be awakened by something more and that scares me.

I look at all my selfies/pinup and I’ve got a lot of body! I can make it work and love the curves with the lumps.
Scale: 176 lbs(weighed in on 2/7/14) (Removed the scale for July)
Drinks: 1 - 20oz coffee with sugar in the raw, 2 - 20oz green tea with honey, 3 - 20ozwater
Workout: Running around the countryside like a mad woman
Breakfast: 1/2 cup muesli with chia seeds, cinnamon, craisins, and almond milk added
Shuttle bus: Taken(County Fair time)
Stairs: Some taken
Lunch: Edemame, banana, blueberry Greek yoghurt
Dinner: Cottage cheese with pineapple
Dessert: Slice of homemade carrot cake with cream cheese frosting

2. Limit the amount of refined grains you consume, whole grain is fine! I highly doubt I did this.
