Anonymous said: Thanks for your answer to my q about fitness on limited energy. I am already slim-ish but really hate my wobbles and fat that's there cause I'm not toned. Also, do you have any helpful tips on how to lose the last 5 kilos / 11 pounds? Ta muchly xx
Yoga and Pilates are excellent for that! Plus, running firms everything ;-) Have you ever seen Casey Ho’s Blogilates?
Anonymous said: I generally don't have a lot of energy or stamina to do strength training due to health reasons, but I'd love to have a toned body. Do you think there's anything I could do? Ty lovely lady
I’ve been all over the place with training. Some good, some not so much. I feel it best to incorporate fun into your fitness or it seems too much like a chore. Don’t say,”I have to do this exercise or I won’t feel like I’ve done anything.” Instead say to yourself,”I want to do this movement because it’s fun and I feel great afterward!” As of right now, I’m using 10lb dumbbells for simple movements in the morning. Walking around as much as I can during the day. Running short distances when I have the opportunity(2-3 miles). Riding my bike for the sheer joy of it. If I don’t have a scheduled time to exercise, I cannot let it get me down. Yoga/stretching are always good for keeping the body limber and active. Eating nutritionally also plays an avid role in overall health and fitness. The simple act of movement as opposed to being stagnant makes a world of difference. Thank you for coming to me and come visit anytime *Hug*
