Cardio complete!
I only did 3 miles due to time restraint, but I made sure to alternate walking and jogging! Half the time the damn wind was against me, or was I running against the wind ;-) I feel like I should do more with some resistance bands, but I’ll decide that once I get home. I am proud of myself!

This should be warm enough to go for a walk/jog right? There is a track at the high school for easy counting of miles. I was thinking, walk one then jog one. Alternate them. It’s the best way from my brain to keep track of which one is next ;-) Now all I need is the right amount of motivation…
